Nieboer Heating & Cooling has a service department staffed with factory trained technicians who will arrive at your door with a fully stocked truck ready to repair your malfunctioning equipment, or perform a routine maintenance check. Our service department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all your heating and cooling problems.
For your convenience voice mail is available after hours. If you do not have an immediate concern please leave a message and we will gladly return your call the next scheduled workday.
Emergency service is available after hours. For that occasional need for immediate service, please call our pager at (269) 232-1211 and you will be asked to either enter a numeric message (your phone number) or to leave a voice mail message. We also have a back-up cell phone number to cover those areas when our technician is out of range of the pager tower. That number is (269) 808-8099. Please allow 20-30 minutes for our technician to call you back. As you can see we are always available to assist you in your time of need.
We also have a Cracker Jack installation crew who can replace your existing equipment or install a completely new HVAC system in that dream home you plan on building.

Service Plans
We currently have three service agreements available, the rates below are for calls occurring during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30 PM. After hours calls will be billed a $65.00 charge. The agreements are as follows:
Gold Plan: Consists of two yearly preventative maintenance calls. We will completely service your furnace during the heating season and your air conditioner during the cooling season. Should any repairs be necessary the diagnostic fee will be waived and parts and labor will be covered, excluding compressors, heat exchangers, gas piping, venting, or boiler hydronics and the labor to repair same. Your total will be determined by selecting your equipment from the following list:

Silver Plan: Consists of two yearly preventative maintenance calls. We will completely service the furnace during the heating season and the air conditioner during the cooling season. Should any repairs be necessary, the diagnostic fee will be waived and a discount on repairs will apply. Your total will be determined by selecting your equipment from the following list:

Bronze Plan: Consists of two yearly checks to insure that your system is functioning properly and to check for any potential problems. We will come to your home once in the heating season to check gas pressures and sequence of operation, of your furnace. Then, we will come to your home once during the cooling season to check coolant pressures and levels as well as sequence of operation. We will be happy to replace your filters or humidifier pads at this time for an additional charge. Should repairs be needed at this time no diagnostic fee will be charged and repairs will be performed at a discount rate. The cost of this plan is as follows:
