Dear Nieboer Heating & Cooling:
I wanted to write and tell you how pleased we were with the service we received this past Thanksgiving Day. As you know things seldom work the way you want them to and when we woke on Thanksgiving Day we had no heat. We called you, and Jim, your technician, called us back. Jim got there in about an hour or so and we needed a computer board. He worked to put this in and found he needed a wiring harness, which another of your people came out into the nasty weather, on a Holiday to bring to Jim. He fixed us up and by the time the family arrived we were all warm and toasty.
Jim apologized for the large bill, said the part was more than he had thought. Imagine our surprise when we received a letter and a check from you for $299.
Thank you very much for your honesty and integrity. You can be assured of having us as lifelong customers, and we will certainly recommend your company to our friends.
