Promotional sales period for the free thermostat, air conditioner cover, and humidifiers begins March 1st, 2026, and ends April 30th, 2026. All sales must have a signed proposal and down payment before April 30th, 2026, to qualify. The type of free Wi-Fi thermostat offered will depend on the tier of equipment purchased. A discount will not be provided if a homeowner chooses not to take advantage of the free thermostat, humidifier, or cover. A discount will also not be provided if a homeowner's equipment can not accommodate a new thermostat or humidifier for any reason, including, but not limited to, lack of space. The Carrier Cool Cash promotional sales period begins March 1st, 2026, and ends May 31st, 2026. Equipment must be installed before June 30th, 2026, to qualify. To qualify for Carrier Cool Cash rebates, the final balance must be paid in full within 5 business days of completion. Carrier Cool Cash rebates are not valid if financing is used for the Wells Fargo financing program. Utility company rebates are provided by the utility companies and are subject to change. Nieboer Heating & Cooling does its best to give an accurate estimate on the proposal, but will not provide any discounts or refunds if the refund received is less than originally estimated. Utility company rebates are mail-in rebates, not instant. The homeowner should receive a check from the company within 8 weeks of installation, but the utility company will need to be contacted directly about any delays or missing payments. Financing is subject to approval and must be applied for before work is scheduled. A down payment is not required when financing unless the approved financing balance does not cover the entirety of the balance. If the approved balance does not cover the balance, the down payment will need to be for whatever the remaining balance is.
